The USS Fortuna NFC 0606 is an Intrepid-class starship with 15 decks, 700 000 metric tons of mass, carries a crew of 200, maximum speed: Warp 9.975. The Fortuna is armed with Phaser banks, photon porpedoes and tri-cobalt devices and has state of the art deflector shields. Nearly 350 meters long, the USS Fortuna is built sleek and long, sporting the fastest top speed on record for a Starfleet vessel. From stem to stern, the Fortuna is one of the most advanced vessels. The class uses a new warp core design, variable-geometry pylons that reduced damage to subspace (allowing it to travel beyond the Federation Science recommended speed limit of warp 5), and the first to field both bio-neural gel packs and the Emergency Medical Hologram system. The Fortuna is a “diplomatic” vessel in the fleet of IFT (International Federation of Trekkers); however if required, she can serve in multiple functions owing to its load-out and size, ranging from patrol or escort duty to long-range exploration or survey. State-of-the-art computer systems - capable of sustaining over 575,000 ExaFLOPS of computing power, is giving the Fortuna unprecedented storage capacity, access speed, and rigor conditioning.
